A till built for singles
Search a card and sell that exact copy. Take cash, card on your own reader, store credit, gift cards or a split, then close the till against the cash in the drawer.
Trade-ins and store credit
Offer cash, store credit or a mix, and accept the cards straight into stock. Nothing pays out until you accept, and store credit is kept on a ledger per customer.
Voids and returns
Rang up the wrong card? Void it, or take back part of a sale, and the card goes back into stock and back onto your online shop.

Your own online shop
A storefront in your colours at yourshop-shop.cardflow.uk, paid through your own Stripe or PayPal account. A card in a basket is held for 15 minutes, and a card sold at the counter is gone from the website.
Click and collect and UK delivery
Customers collect in store or pay a flat delivery rate, with free delivery over an amount you set. Print packing slips and send tracking from the order.
An online buylist
Customers send you their list from your website, say whether they would rather have cash or store credit, and follow your offer on their own status page.

Events and tournaments
Schedule an event with its format, entry fee and player cap, register players, and record placings and prizes.
Loyalty and gift cards
Customers earn and spend points at the till, and gift cards are issued, redeemed and tracked in one place.
Staff accounts
Owner, manager and staff roles, each seeing what their job needs, with two-factor sign-in you can make compulsory for owners and managers.
Market prices on every card
Each card shows the low, median and high of live eBay Buy It Now listings and a suggested price. On Pro, reprice your stock to the market in bulk after a preview.
VAT return and reports
A UK VAT return, including the margin scheme, alongside profit and loss, stock value, ageing stock and sales by set.
Grading and consignment
On Pro, track cards sent to PSA, CGC or BGS and back, and sell customers’ cards on consignment with your commission worked out.

- What does CardFlow cost?
- Stall is £19 a month, Shop £49 and Pro £99; pay yearly and two months are free. The online shop is £35 a month on Shop and included in Pro. There is no setup fee and CardFlow takes nothing from your sales. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: a card is taken at signup and charged only when the trial ends.
- Does it work with my card reader?
- Yes. Use the reader you already have, whichever brand it is. Take the payment on it, ring the sale up as card in the CardFlow till, and your takings and your stock stay in step.
- Can I bring my stock across?
- Yes. Import a CSV from our template, a TCGplayer export or any spreadsheet, and match its columns to ours in a few clicks. If something looks wrong, undo the whole import in one go.
- Which games does it support?
- Stock any game. Pokémon cards are matched to the catalogue as you add them, with set, rarity and collector number filled in; for other games you add your own sets and cards.
- Does it sync with eBay, TCGplayer or Cardmarket?
- Marketplace sync is on the way. Today CardFlow keeps your till and your own online shop selling from one stock list, so a card sold at the counter is gone from the website and never sells twice.
- Which plan is right for a shop?
- Shop adds events, loyalty, gift cards and the VAT return, with the online shop as an add-on. Pro includes the online shop and adds bulk repricing, grading, consignment and location tags.
