Every copy is its own SKU
Two copies of the same card are two SKUs, each with its own condition, cost and price, so you know the margin on every sale.

- Does it work without signal?
- Yes, on Pro. Show Mode keeps the till taking cash and card with no signal, saves each sale on your device and sends it the moment you are back online. On every plan the till runs on any connection, including your phone’s hotspot.
- Do I need a shop to use CardFlow?
- No. Stall is made for vendors: your stock, a till on your phone and reports. Add an online shop on Shop or Pro whenever you are ready.
- What does CardFlow cost?
- Stall is £19 a month, Shop £49 and Pro £99; pay yearly and two months are free. The online shop is £35 a month on Shop and included in Pro. There is no setup fee and CardFlow takes nothing from your sales. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: a card is taken at signup and charged only when the trial ends.
- Does it work with my card reader?
- Yes. Use the reader you already have, whichever brand it is. Take the payment on it, ring the sale up as card in the CardFlow till, and your takings and your stock stay in step.
- Can I bring my stock across?
- Yes. Import a CSV from our template, a TCGplayer export or any spreadsheet, and match its columns to ours in a few clicks. If something looks wrong, undo the whole import in one go.
- Which games does it support?
- Stock any game. Pokémon cards are matched to the catalogue as you add them, with set, rarity and collector number filled in; for other games you add your own sets and cards.
- Does it sync with eBay, TCGplayer or Cardmarket?
- Marketplace sync is on the way. Today CardFlow keeps your till and your own online shop selling from one stock list, so a card sold at the counter is gone from the website and never sells twice.
